Our practice pulls from a variety of disciples to create the most functional system of training. From smart bodyweight exercises, free weights, plyometrics, yoga & dancing, to balancing on bosu balls (while swinging an iron stick - that's right!).... every movement is designed to give you the most bang for your sweat.
If you're serious about reaching your ideal weight and becoming a super-aging, no-inflammation, endless-energy bouncing bean, you gotta know what to and what not to put into your body. We are big proponents of Whole30 and several other nutrition plans that will literally change your life.
Our workouts are fun, safe, and constantly evolving. You'll learns the basics and progress to the more advanced movements once you're ready to try them. Our coaches will only push you as far as you're willing to go, and our classes are non-competitive.... that is not to say that you won't sweat, cuz you will.
When you walk into a class, you immediately feel at home with us. We share our victories and battles. We build each other up and share the message of how we achieved what we’ve done. And we support you each step of the way like the tribe of like minded people that we are- just like you!

Every day we make choices about how we will live and who we will be. It took me years to get the skill set and education in place to go from an overweight, take care of everyone but myself wife and mom (sound familiar?) to the person who stands in front of you today telling you I can help you do the same. I have certifications not only as a personal trainer, lifestyle fitness coach, youth and senior fitness programming, kettlebells, diabetes education, and reiki to name a few, but also the life experience and blessing of being able to care for people from all walks of life and with all sorts of health needs.
